Statutory Declaration of Mr.Charles

Alexander Dick-Melbourne declared on the

19th instant with Notarial Certificate

attached.

The above have been obtained with a view

to their being laid before you for consideration in connection with the application which I understand has already been made by Mrs. Kirch of 40, Princes Square, Bayswater, London, W. that she may be permitted to regain British naturalisation.
